Oxford, United Kingdom
I miss the outside. I miss walking by houses and catching a glimpse of life through the windows; that moment when they pour their afternoon tea, or him kissing her before he leaves. I miss the trees and the daffodils. I miss feeding the ducks and passing by the river. I miss café shops and the chatter that engulfs the entire place like buzzing bees. I miss hearing bits and pieces of conversations and feeding them into my characters. I miss the small talk that comes naturally with my cup of almond milk latte and apple cinnamon cake. I miss the library and getting book recommendations from strangers. I miss that lady that plays the violin in the middle of the street. I miss my friends in class and quoting my professor behind his back. I miss getting on busses and going to the Mad Hatter or the Nosebag. I miss people. I miss nature. I miss feeling safe...
